It came in a Factory Sealed unopened box with everything in the box. The Phone once I set it up started receiving Samsung Updates for the system. I am so Happy with this Phone. I looked on Amazon for this phone and other dealers were asking $794-$897 for a slightly used Samsung Note 20 Ultra. THIS IS A NEW FACTORY SEALED PHONE!!!

The S24 doesn't sound like they have all the glitches worked out yet, so I'm sticking with the reliable platform of the Note 20 Ultra. It is still an amazing phone and the camera is virtually unparalleled. Did a few software updates as expected and now I'm ready to go when my poor Note 20 dies. Recommended seller! Fast shipping too!
