Friendly communication and I'm happy with the shoulder rest, although I really wish it came in its original box (it came only with the item's plastic wrap packaging). Other buyers please be aware of this before purchasing, in case you want the original box for storage purposes etc like I did, it's quite likely that you won't get it.
