    Extremely POOR quality

    Quality of this STINKS. EAR CLIPS ALWAYS BREAK WITHIN A COUPLE OF months, volume (hearing) gets VERY low within less than a year... Company TRY'S to refuse warranty, and usually succeeds at this point. I'm handicapped ( and really NEEDED this) BUT I've had to start to use a phone with speakerphone... DO NOT buy this headset

    Low quality product

    This is nothing against the seller, I had no problem with him/her. I purchased this to replace the identical item that came with my phone set. The original item had broken on the bluetooth part where it connects to the piece that you wear. The exact thing happened to this replacement I purchased. The little pieces that attach to the wearable piece are poorly made and don't last. I am on the phone a lot and can't tolerate holding a phone up to my ear for any length of time. I'm so used to "hands free" phone use that I can't do it any other way. I will have to go back to the old fashioned way of using a corded headset which means I will have to purchase new phones that have a jack for this. It's too bad that this bluetooth is the only one that's compatible with the phones.

    Fragile

    Great item while it lasts. This my third one. Ear clip mounting is weak. Have one I have actually glued in place to keep using. Look for another brand if you really want this functionality or get a refurb.

    Fragile attachment clip

    This is the third headset I have bought because the small plastic clip on the back of the headset itself (the clip to which the earpiece/headset attaches) on the previous two have broken. The clip should be made substantially bigger or, preferably, made of metal.
