Hi Morning, this is my first multi-stitch sewing machine and AMAZING does not give this machine the credit deserved. I have an industrial Singer straight stitch machine, sewing bags and cushion covers, but I needed an upgrade to do my own garments, and I found this Black Beauty of a machine, with all accessories. Although still exploring the machine, this is the lottery, wrapped with ONLY LOVE. Thank you so much Janome and to the seller, Ken's sewing and vacuum Center.

    Great sewing machine

    Very easy to setup and use. Sewed thru six layers of drapery material with ease. I tried the same thickness on my Singer HD4411 and it couldn’t handle the thickness at the corners with rolled hems, the Janome sewed thru the corners with ease. I also have sewn lighter weight material with the same ease. I would highly recommend this to anyone whether you are getting your first machine or needing a heavy duty machine. This made a great addition to my collection which include an Adler walking foot industrial, Sailrite Ultrafeed LSZ-1, Singer HD4411.

    Its a hard worker.and really is a heavey duty machine.

    I only sew leather so far on 3-5oz. I well try heaver leather in the future if my work calls for it. This is a nice machine and is easy to use. It came right away and was packaged well. It came with many attachments I am happy with my purchase I feel I made a great choice and bought a great machine.

    Love my new Janome!

    I sew denim purses and this machine handles denim with ease!! It also sews delicate material as well. I have my late mother’s New Home and it sews like a charm. So when I needed an upgraded heavy duty machine, I chose Janome! Thanks for a great shopping experience!!

    Pretty Good, so far.

    Good machine. Does two layers of upholstery vinyl with no trouble. The only bad thing so far is that there was a loose screw in the bottom of the box. I can't see where it came from or I would install it. I don't want to take the machine apart, so I am kind of stuck. I like the machine, I'm just kind of cringing every time I turn it on, waiting to hear a "CRUNCH!"
