Have bought ten of these kits, at different times this year, and all arrived with all parts and hardware. The quality is great, and all hardware is stainless steel. With all the parts in the kits I was able to assemble five much stronger landscape-oriented, seasonally adjustable metal roof mounts for my 420 watt Q-cell solar panels. The remaining parts were used to mount seven more Q-cell panels on my shed wall, in profile-orientation, with seasonal adjustability. Very pleased with the kits.

buyer beware tried to get a refund on item that I never received. They keep telling me 2-3 days this been going on over two weeks i keep emailing them nothing. Tried a refund though ebay it did not give me option to do just a refund just a return option so I closed the case ebay says there's nothing they can do now. I'm out of $86.39 very disappointed with ebay and seller. I'm going to start looking on other buying options other than ebay.
