headstall in picture was much lighter than one delivered . I asked to return it and seller told me start a return thru ebay ,I had sellers address paid postage my self sent it priority it was deliver to seller 6/30 the seller sent me a label 2 days after it was delivered to him, I had to as customer service to step in twice once seller not answering my messages second getting my money , back I even tried to communicate to seller he had a saddle pad he could give me a store credit no message.

I have sold 100s of these over the years and this is the first person to ever claim the item is not medium oil. I provided a return shipping label that was never used, didn't receive my item back, received 20+ messages from this buyer and then received negative feedback. I've been a top rated seller for years with nearly 100% positive feedback from my customers. This was by far the most painful experience I've ever had with a customer. I strongly recommend NOT doing business with this customer.
