Everything is very high quality and packaged very very well. I have some very minor bending on one of the rails but it should not affect operation. The assembly instructions are pretty basic but anyone with experience with rack mount gear will be able to get it to work. I did torque down two of the assembly bolts to much and they snapped. Check your drill settings.

Be sure to orient the screws so you can access the screw head. The assembled unit wobbles a little from side to side, but it gets more stable when you starting filling up the unit. Great for my purposes. Item was new and well-packaged.
