What a disaster. Took about a month and a half to arrive, was shoved into a mailing bag that was about 1/5 the size of the actual item. Folded up onto itself, was very obviously broken. Contacted the seller, they tried to get me to pay ANOTHER $20 to get another one sent to me instead of a refund. Then tried with $10, then offered to send one for free. Trying to return, proper postage was over $150 and they “couldn’t” provide a return label. DO NOT do business with them. Absolutely terrible.

    Rear hatch doesnt work

    I bought this part Back in July and installed it in my car back in August. Unfortunately the device stopped working making an aweful noise and now I cannot close the trunk. I would like to know if this part is still under warranty and if I can have it replaced. Let me know how you want to proceed and solve me this issue.

    Poor quality
