  • If, like me, you can't afford the originals this is a great alternative!

For me it came down to either trying to find decent priced copies of the early Green Lantern issues I didn't have or buying this edition. Well, buying this was cheaper but well worth it. The production values are excellent. I compared the reprint quality in this book to a couple of the original issues I have and I must say it compares favorably. Granted digital scan techniques have improved tremendously and I'm sure there would be better reproduction quality today, for the time it's from it was very well done. Sure some of the "science" used in these stories may seem far fetched but so was Buck Rogers at one time. Great stuff from the dawn of the Silver Age of comic books. I just got volume 2 and am enjoying that too!

  • Great buy

The price is right for this reprint book which contains several keys in the Hall Jordan run of Green Lantern.
