We received defected diamond tester, after we realize that we contact seller and asked to exchange this item (Not return & refund) but unfortunately seller took a position to simply waste our time with wasteful & useless questions, even though we did let the seller know that we have over 40 years experience in this field and we know exactly how this item should work. We definitely didn't have good experience in this purchase and unfortunately couldn't see any compromise or willing from seller
