This seller believes that the glove box door he sold me did not have scratches on it. I sent him a message, he denied the condition of the part and told me after I insisted that “At this point I really don’t care”…. I sent him pictures to prove it and have not heard back. The part is unusable to me. If your buying a part for its aesthetic value as I was… ask for more pictures. You will get a better idea of the condition and he will take a closer look at what he’s selling.

I received the wrong part. I contacted the seller to explain and he said “if you’re not happy with it just return it”. I explained that I wasn’t “just happy” with it, but that it was completely different than what I ordered. I told them I was still interested in the one I originally ordered if it was available and I received no reply after. I understand things happen, but they could have responded better. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.
