Kind of a bizarre transaction. Days after purchasing I got a note saying that it was going to be shipped but if I wanted to pay more I could have it expedited. I chose not to and just wait. A few weeks went by and I asked for tracking information. Got another offer to pay more to expedite the shipping. I declined. The package showed up the very next day, although it wasn't packed very well. Very odd. In the end I got the advertised item at a good price, so can't complain too much.

    Excellent pencils third in quality from Caran D'ache.

    I really like Prismalo from Caran D'ache. It is not the top of the list i would say it is art student or hob artist, what i mean it is not professional grade, compering with the museum and supracolor II. But you can do absolutely beautful work. The pencil (core) is a little hard than museum and supracolor II. Some people would prefer it. What I believe that divide professional and art student grade from prismalo and museum pencils from Caran D'ache is the lightfastness, smoothness and pigments the professional ones are more pigmented. But prismalo is on the very near top of shelf.
