Product Information

One of the Sci Fi Channel's most popular series, FARSCAPE is the story of a band of misfit renegades on the run from military Peacekeepers. The hero of the series is the human John Crichton (Ben Browder), a young astronaut and astrophysicist who becomes stranded on the other side of the universe when his Farscape module goes through a wormhole. There, he is taken in by the sentient ship Moya, whose passengers are a mixed lot of aliens, all of whom are on the run from the Peacekeepers. Unfortunately, while the ship is docked and making repairs, Crichton tangles with the captive Peacekeeper Aeryn (Claudia Black), a beautiful and volatile woman who alerts her captain about the Moya, putting everyone in danger. This collection includes special editions of the first season's episodes 1-7.

    Farscape:Starburst Edition-Season 1/Collection 1

    After reading so much negative press about the "Starburst Edition" DVD's I was very apprehensive about this purchase. However, I have had no technical problems with any of the discs. The picture quality and sound are remarkable. The extra features are very entertaining. I also enjoy having subtitles available on these discs, unlike the full season box set which does not have that feature. This disc set is an excellant entertainment investment.

    Great show for sci-fi fans.Really bizarre.

    The starburst edition dvds are great because you get a large amount of the tv show for a low price. With four episodes each its a great for those of us who can't afford to spend $75.00 to get the whole season on dvd.The extras and especially the comentaries are great too!

    Farscape vol. 1

    This series is very cool. I love all the characters. I don't like that you can't buy just the whole season at one time. I don't like all the different volumes. I didn't realize that it had all these different ones. It's very hard to keep track.

    Farscape Starburst Edition

    Farscape is a great SciFi series with intriguing story lines and interesting characters. I was sad to see the series cancelled and glad to have found the entire 4 season DVD collection available.

    DVD's out of order

    I am revising my earlier review. I just looked at season 2, and found the DVD's are out of order. Season 2 - disk 7, is in fact season 2 - disk 8. This leads me to beleive this is a pirated copy. I don't truck with the fact that I just spent over $250 for pirated copies. I will definately not buy from this seller again, as pirated copies are against what I beleive of free commerce if they are used for profit and not self use.
