Speed of shipping comes up often in the feedback of this vendor--however, their shipping policy is stated in the listing, and that's just fine by me--I got my item about a week and a half after placing the order. I think that is entirely reasonable, and given what I paid for shipping I have NO reason to complain! I would not hesitate to order from this vendor again. Thank you!

I had read a review that said their item was 'baited and switched' and from my experience I think the seller had got the short end of that deal. I ordered a $8 pack of card sleeves and received around $60 worth of speed paints - so I doubt it was intentional.
