For this product if you have the quick release side cases IT WILL NOT FIT, It will not fit over bushings unless you have a shop and skills like me to grind out the openings and extend frame away from seat.The product is well made as for now that I can tell, but it does not come with the screws to secure latch. We were unable to determine it so re tapped hole in brass bushing to a 1/4-20
