Excellent for many things.
I started taking this because of health issues like inflammation, lack of energy, and it is hard to work out with no energy. I used to take Goody Powder's daily for chronic leg pain and headaches. My father in law recommended taking this. He and my mother in law take one daily. She is 70, he is 58 I believe. I have had test after test trying to find the cause of my inflammation. My wbc was around 121k due to the inflammation that we could not find. I had to stop taking the Goody's because it was harming my stomach and not helping the inflammation. My stomach stayed swollen as well, kind of like being 5 months pregnant but not actually pregnant. I am not saying this is a miracle root, but I am saying that along with changing my diet, stopping the Goody's and taking this daily.. I have a ... It simply makes me feel better, more alert with more energy to make it through the day and have a stronger work out. My husband, daughter and son in law now take it as well. The only Con I would say about it is that it tastes horrible. I do mean horrible. Kind of like a strong medicine similar to Nyquil. I find it easier to drink half of the tube and use my coffee as a chaser, then finish off the tube following with a coffee chaser. Mixing it with anything just makes whatever you mix it with nasty and makes it harder to drink all of it but I have read that many people do that and are okay with it. For me it is best to just suck it down as it is and chase it with drink of choice. You do get used to it and eventully it is not so bad. But what can you expect with any bitter root? I am a lifer with this stuff now. Love it.

I suppose this is my herbal version of those little energy drinks they have at the quikmarts. I've been using this for a while, it's an effective ginseng. Ginseng helps me focus, get things done. I originally learned about it at a smoothie place that carried it as an option - as a liquid it is easy to mix into things. This product is in the form of small bottles with a metal cap that is pulled off with a fingernail, and tiny pointed straws that you push through the inner cap. The basic ginseng extract is bitter but there is a bit of honey that makes it palatable. Of course, mixed in with a smoothie it is unnoticeable. To do that I think you have to take off the whole cap. Well ,what can I say im a 35 year old Male very strong and well built, but Jesus I didn't think I could be any stronger, you have to go online and Google read ginseng . Fellas: " Like a Rock " do you hear me? And on top of that just raw endless energy if you need a real boost to get thru the day or work out then you've found it I've only got one box and im 3 weeks in ,,you have to give it a week ,take it in the morning on a empty stomach, it doesn't taste the best but what does it matter when "She" says "you" taste the best!!! I'm telling ya guys get some ..one a day keeps bs away I waited 3 weeks to drop a review , take this one a run with it ,why'll these people have it let's get it delivery was fast and prompt ...Funny cause the stuff makes you fast and prompt ,I couldn't endorse it ...
