On day 7 got tracking number, but they did not ship item until day 9. I missed out on installing in good weather, now I'm installing them outside in the rain and cold. I should have trusted the other neg feed back as my experience was the same as theirs. Had it shipped day on day 3, I would have given A+. Bearings are great, Service & Speed not so much, WET-COLD&DISAPPOINTED.

I asked to cancel and for a refund. I was forced to purchase elsewhere due to their poor business tactics. They proceeded to ship anyways so I am now doubled on an needed component.
