My drives came well packaged through USPS, shipped the day after I ordered. Absolutely no delay. The drives look brand new and had no errors after a long surface scan. I have rarely gotten any defects from this seller, and indeed still have a 1.5 TB drive that still functions after 15 years in my system. The one time I did have an issue, seller provider excellent service. A++++

Being that these are enterprise drives, they should have minimal vibration, but these seem extreme. Being used as 2x 24x7 video DVR for security cameras (8). If it wasn't for the 5 year warranty the reseller company offers I would be more concerned.
