Soon as paid I noticed the item is not sealed as described so asked to cancel the order but seller said never used so it’s new. But I explained cannot use if it’s opened already because I don’t know what’s contained, but seller stopped to communicate and organized the delivery. This original product has no floral smell but received with very strong floral smell so it had to go to bin. Also sent by second class not first class.
