    Unfortunately, My experience with this Seller was less than stellar. Prior to purchasing item I had contacted Seller asking about the item and if everything pictured in listing was part of the package, including a little spring that was in the clear envelope with the carriage lock. I was assured that all items were included in the listing. Turns out the clear envelope was switched out and the one I received had no spring. I contacted the Seller and the only response was to return the item.

    Seller sent the item very quickly and it arrived well packaged with everything listed in the description. However, I’m new to film cameras and was not aware I needed a battery. The seller did not specify that the battery was missing so it would be helpful in the future to be specific about not just what IS included but also what IS NOT included for beginners like me who might not know. Had it been written in the description I could have bought it to arrive at the same time as my camera!

    Easy to Set UP

    I love my Epson Expression Home XP-420 Small-in-One All-In-One Inkjet Printer. It was so easy to set up I was able to connect it to the Bluetooth setting myself and I know nothing about electronics. It prints documents well. However I have not tried to print any pictures from it yet. I am very pleased with this product.

    Good Printer - Bad Shipping

    Printer was not shipped adequately. Head stuck on the right side. Giving Error Paper jam, and error head stuck. Making scary noises ! ! ! After several hours of diving DEEPLY into the printer I found the following: All the Gears were loose. The motor was not really engaging half of the mechanical parts, consequently locking the head. The paper sensor was completely loose. One paper roller was slightly stuck. The Printer was clearly new, but being badly shipped, probably got smacked, and couldn't take it. After putting everything back in place, and with new ink cartridges, it was printing and scanning like new, without making any noise. Very good Quality for the price. Reasonably fast for home use. Epson Drivers run well on WIN 10 - 32bit Non original cartridges are reasonably cheap, ...
