The quality of this product is horrible and so is this vendor's service. The received the product and installed as per the instructions. The back seat went in perfectly. When I got to the front the passenger seat back was fine but the bottom had both plastic clips broken. On the drivers side on plastic clip was broke on the bottom as well as one zipper on the back. Since I had hours into my install I rigged the bottom to work. I sent pictures to the seller per their request and no resolution.

Customer found some issues with his order and we are providing a replacement cover. I believe this feedback was left before we received the confirmation from factory about the replacement.
