Although it took a lot of back and forth, after receiving the wrong size posture correcting bra (ordered M, received XXL!), Ebay stepped in to my rescue! I then received a full refund to my account. Gotta love Ebay! :-) And hopefully "undermalls" will address their customer service issues from now on! Hopefully, this was just an "off" day for all of us. ;-)
