    Essential reading for any capoeirista...

    In this concise book Nester Capoeira provides an overview of the history of capoeira as well as providing excellent graphics and description of basic capoeira movements. I read this book cover to cover in one day then took it to a practice seesion with a fellow beginner so we could begin the learn the Bimba sequences. An absolute must read!
