I was sent a dead speaker cost $80. Had speaker tested by professional who confirmed that it was dead. I immediately contacted the seller and informed of the situation. I was extremely polite and understanding. Seller agreed to pay me a partial refund upon sending back the speaker. I safely packaged the speaker and provided him a tracking number. Shipping cost me another $15. He got the speaker then ended all communication with me. I do not recommend doing business with this guy. Unprofessional

Unfortunately this customer sent me back the item and paid for shipping according to them without requesting a return through EBay. After the message with tracking was sent to me I wanted to wait and see the result and communicated to the buyer after their feedback.. Tracking had it delivered but I never got it. Since an EBay return was never made I have to see how EBay handles this issue.
