Keep your hearing and sanity--quiet your Emgo Cocktail Shakers with these.
Before installing your Emgo Cocktail Shakers, drill a mounting hole an inch and a half back from the front of the muffler, leaving room for your clamp. Remove the stock baffle from the back of the muffler by unscrewing the nut (if you don't, the 8 inch baffle won't fit). Then wrap the Emgo 8 inch baffles with half inch fiberglass baffle wrap (available on line and Ebay). Hold the wrap in place with 5 or 6 twists of wire. Remove excess wire and flatten it down. Gently insert the baffles until you see the mounting hole and attach with the supplied mounting bolt. Attach the muffler and enjoy the sound of your engine. Without the baffle wrap the baffles were too loud but enjoyable for my deaf Harley-riding-friends. Forget tossing in steel wool and pot scrubbers. These baffles when wrapped ...
