Along with all-American Tiger Woods, PGA Tour 11 co-stars up-and-coming Irish sensation Rory McIlroy, with high hopes of leading the European teams to victory over their overseas rivals. Within and beyond the new cross-continent competition, PGA Tour 11 offers the myriad options and refined play style fans have come to know over a decade of top-selling golf games, along with new customization choices and enhanced graphics. In addition to Celtic Manor, home of the 2010 Ryder Cup, players have access to favorite courses from past games, including TPC Scottsdale. For the first time in the top-selling golf game series, players can compete as a team online, forming a virtual foursome and hitting the courses together in competition with other human-controlled teams. a mixed bag
First of all - if you want to play this game online, do not buy a used copy unless the online pass is included and unused, otherwise EA will attempt to charge you $9.99 for the "luxury" of playing online. Also, there's a bunch of DLC that they will try to nickle-and-dime you for. The last Tiger Woods game I played was 07 and I gotta say that this is a bit of a disappointment. For being a PS3 game, the graphics aren't really that great. The commentary is boring and often repetitive. The putting is absolutely awful and makes no sense. There's no longer bunches of customizable animations or funky clothes. It's just a very boring game overall, and forget about playing online... the people that play online apparently do NOTHING BUT play this game online because they're all shooting 20 under ... A new feature to the game called "true aim" is absolutely useless, but the putting is by far the worst element of the game and will cost you many strokes. I've played for a few days now an I still have no clue how it works, because it's quite difference than earlier Tiger Woods games. Also, leveling up your putting-related stats makes no difference whatsoever. You can spend a whole minute lining up a shot and even using the putt preview (which is never accurate in my opinion) and still miss by 5 feet. Putts within 4 feet of the cup are no longer "gimme's" either. It is very easy to miss a short putt in this game. The ball likes to magically stop a half inch from the cup all the time. I honestly feel as though this franchise just keeps getting worse and worse even though the graphics have slightly improved since the Playstation 2 days. Even with all of it's flaws, however, it's still probably the best golf game on Playstation 3, since the '12 version of Tiger Woods is even worse than this one!!

Good game for the golfer in your life, despite diffuculties with controls.
I purchased this product to use with the PS3 Move. I was disappointed to find if you have to download updates in order for the game to work with the Move. This can be frustrating if you happen to have an older PS3 without internal router. Another problem I have with the game is the need to use the regular controller even when you are using the Move controller. The graphics are nice on this. It's amusing the characters you can create. As stated, I purchased this game with the soul reason that it can be used with the Move. It is nice being able to use the controller like a golf club, it gives it a more realistic feel.I purchased this product to use with the PS3 Move. NOT BAD, KIND OF YESTERDAY GRAPHICS,PS3
I HAVEN`T HAD THE GAME FOR THAT LONG BUT THE TIGER WOODS 2009-2010 I HAVE FOR MY XBOX 360 LOOK A LITTLE CLEANER THAN THE 2011 VERSION I HAVE FOR MY PS3! THE GAME PLAY ON THE PS3 IS ABOUT THE SAME EXCEPT THE RYDER CUP OPTION WILL BE VERY COOL AND COMING UP 2012 WILL HAVE GAME PLAY FOR THE MASTERS WHICH WILL BE WAY COOL SINCE NOBODY HAS PLAYED AT THE MASTERS ON VIDEO YET AS FAR AS I KNOW ANYWAY!

THE EXP POINT SYSTEM TO BUILD YOUR GOLFER ALOT OF COURSES EASY AND HARD. MY GIRLFRIEND DONT PLAY THE PS3 MUCH BUT SHE SURE LOVES THIS GAME ON IT. SHE EVEN TRIES PLAYING THIS GAME WEN I AM GONE TO WORK AND I DONT HAVE TO TELL HER TO PLAY IT. THIS GAME IS THE BEST DONT HESISTATE ON GETTING IT.
