I bought this item because it said it was a traction device. I am a physiotherapist and was buying this device for a patient who needed a cervical traction device and was limited financially. This item is definitely not a traction device! It only extends the cervical spine (neck) so it is incorrectly described in the listing! I sent it back at my expense almost 2 weeks ago and I am waiting for my refund but for whatever reason I have not received it.

The buyer didn't want the item. I had no problems with him returning the item. I received a message from eBay that they were processing the buyers refund. I have been in contact with the buyer and updated him on the message that I received from eBay. The buyer has been threatening me with negative feedback even before the return process even started. I have been been communicating throughout the process. Obviously the buyer has other issues.
