I requested that he ship them quickly so I could have a change to use them that weekend and he delivered. Once I took the skis out of the box I saw that the laminate on top was peeling up on one of the skis. I notified him and he promised to repay me for the cost of repairs. I got them fixed and sent him a picture of the receipt and he refunded the amount I was charged and then some! Great seller

Overall a pretty good buying experience and they did come down from advertised price. Ski's were a bit chipped up with some pitting on the edges, more than I expected but they are used demo ski's. They shipped within 3 business days as advertised but USPS was slow.
