Several days after placing my order, Dyson upped the price of the device. When I inquired about my order status, they claim that my order was not “properly processed”, I will be refunded, and am free to place another order (at the +$150 price of course). For such a large multinational corporation, the Canadian operations is truly a nightmare and staff handling the situation have absolutely no integrity or customer service. I will be submitting a complaint to Dyson and eBay.
