This is advertised for 'Flathead' but fit my 239 with overhead valves. I use a spacer between intake and carburetor to give more spacing for throttle linkage. Also had to come up with a socket end for the throttle linkage to attach to the 'ball' on the throttle connection plate. These were the only two things that needed modified slightly.
