    I have made a lot of sourdough, used a LOT of starter, NEVER received the detailed instructions that come with this one regarding feed and care, thank you! I used Giusto's vita-grain Artisan flour to feed Samson, and from the 1st day I could tell this was the BEST starter I had EVER used, no muck ever floating on top, from 1st day TONS of bubbles, with deliciously sour sourdough smell! after growing my monster faithfully, today I am making Sourdough Beer bread with a bottle of dark today! BEST!!
