Was supposed to get 10 charms, instead they sent 1 pin. I contacted them, they said to send it back. It was going to cost twice the price I paid for the item to send back. They asked me to buy label them take a picture and send it to them and they would reimburse through pay pal, seemed sketchy to me, so I said, just go ahead and send replacement. They never sent it. Terrible customer service.
