This seller (Samsungsolar) send me the wrong item, I buy original formula toothpaste (red box) but they send me original plus (green box). When I open the DHL box and text to seller they tell me that "it is ORIGINAL plus. it mean updrade version than original" . I thing it is dufferent formula I order the original because I love red formula. I don't like other formula.

The seller send me the wrong item, at the beginning he refuses to give any solution only when ebay steped in he accepted to recive back the product only after he approves that he is going to pay the shipping. The feeling is like he try to tired me out and waste my time to make me give up and stay with the wrong product . Very poor customer service .

    The quality may be fine...just different then the original product.

    I was expecting this product to be like the Original Sensodyne. It has a different texture and taste. I have about 1/3rd of a tube of the original Sensodyne and I compared them carefully. I may have to adjust! Just know that it's different than the Sensodyne I've used for probably 20 years.

    Sensodyne that works like the original

    This is Sensodyne that works like the original. The Sensodyne products sold in the US do not have the pain relief that was available in original Sensodyne, but this does. I've been buying this for 7 years and it always works like a champ.
