seller contacted in order to replace the ipad because it wasn't as described ( home bottom broken and no fingerprint id which wasn't mentioned nor described) . they accepted my return request , so i sent the item which was promptly returned back with gorilla screen protector i did put removed,both lcd and screen broken , scratches , ios is far from slow and unresponsive, decreased battery performance,ipretty much unusable saying now that it couldn't have be replaced for untrue reasons.
