Stamps recieved today but :
Very poor printing, very, very poor perforating, cancelled to order.
In fact all these Dhufar and Oman State stamps for sale on ebay.com are illegal. They have never been recognised by the Universal Postal Union (UPU). They printed and promoted by the shady british stamp dealer Clive Feigenbaum (see Wikipedia for history of this forger, crook, et...)
