This is a heavy product, packaging is ok, but will not withstand FedX . Product arrive with holes in the box and the product suffered some damage which I was able to repair. Standard Chinese quality, one screw was stripped in the base from poor manufacturing. Instructions were very basic and for a larger machine, this is a smaller model of that machine so it is possible to figure out how to put it together. When shipping this type of product it needs a second box with packaging material.

Have seen this same excuse reported in negative feedback from other potential buyers. Appears to be a pattern with this seller. eBay should investigate & ban scammers like this.
I accepted & received an immediate refund. Waste of time.
