    A beautiful book

    This is a beautiful book, whether or not you are an artist. I already had the companion DVD, but I feel that this book would not stand alone, there aren't enough detailed instructions, especially if you are, like me, a beginner. Having said that, don't let my review put you off purchasing this book. Terry Harrison has a very comfortable style, is very easy going, and creates truly lovely images of England and Europe. I am an ex-pat of England, and these pictures reminded me of home. There are detailed instructions on how to use the brushes that Mr Harrison designed. Each brush should be used for certain parts of the painting, but there are no alternatives given for other brushes, which was disappointing due to the fact that these brushes are somewhat expensive, and, at this point, not ...

    Learn acrylic painting from one of my favorite artists, Terry Harrison

    Terry Harrison, the artist and author of this book is one my favorites. He is inspiring, and his lessons are easy to follow and easy to learn from. I would recommend this book to any and all up and running new artists.
