Extremely fast shipping time. This is an upgrade from my V10 which I still like very much, there’s things about it I like better than the V15. It works very well on hard floors, but I find the carpet attachment very hard to use, I find it doesn’t glide as well over top of area rugs as well as my V10 even on medium suction

This vacuum is awesome. The laser really helps you know where the dirt is. It’s so easy to use and a lot lighter than my Dyson upright, especially on the stairs. The price was good too as it is refurbished and about half the price of a brand new one. The vacuum came in perfect condition. Very happy with this purchase.
