I am very satisfied with the Dyson V15. I couldn't tell the difference between brand new and certified refurbished; the LCD screen still had its protective film! The vacuum inside was a bit dusty but was very clean overall. The only signs of wear I found were on the crevice tool and the power adapter (one of the prongs was a bit bent but still works). Shipping was excellent. It took about two business days to arrive at my door. Everything was also well packaged.

Extremely fast shipping time. This is an upgrade from my V10 which I still like very much, there’s things about it I like better than the V15. It works very well on hard floors, but I find the carpet attachment very hard to use, I find it doesn’t glide as well over top of area rugs as well as my V10 even on medium suction
