I own an lesser version of this vacuum and loved it so much, bought this newer type one for a Christmas gift. Vacuum states that the roller brush will not get caught up with the usual things...string, pet hair, etc., which is purrrfect. Vacuum has a plush type roller that grabs what's on the floor and sends it to dust reservoir. I also love how the reservoir detaches from the handle for easy emptying. Gets an A in my book. A lightweight Vacuum with great features.
It is lightweight and easy to handle. Easy to take apart to empty, you can take it completely apart down to the wand. Has lights to light up when you are vacuuming under something. I really don't have anything bad to say about this product.

I own many shark products, and they have all worked great. The DuoClean picks up so much more than the other vacuums because of the duo cleaning. I also like the fact that hair does not wrap around the rollers. Great product especially for hardwood and tile floors.
