What I received was partially shredded packaging, without the item I had purchased, in a clear plastic bag with a note from USPS apologizing for any inconvenience their machinery might have caused, and hopes that the item had not been damaged - when in fact it must have been eaten by their machines! The item had been packaged similarly to countless other packages that I have received in perfect condition, so I don’t think the seller did anything wrong
