Anyone with an interest in Templar history,Grail studies,Medieval knighthood and its motives and drives,Christian mysticism,Gnosticism and Celtic Arthurian legend will truly enjoy not only the glorious artwork friezes that decorate these cards,but the exhaustively detailed book that accompanies the deck.Being keen on all the previous topics,I found this set presented the information in a straight forward manner,and revealed many new facets of some information I thought I knew well.Painted in the style of Giotto and others,the cards present the symbolism in a truly lush Medieval style.The cards are "male oriented",since this was a man's quest as a military initiate,but the ultimate goal is to acheive Gnosis and Sophia through oneness with the Shekhinah as in the Kabbalah,so there is nothing ... the grail tarot
I was very happy with the beautiful artwork of the cards! I have never seen another deck quite like this one! I think it is so amazing how you can make an ongoing picture out of all the cards! I am extremely happy with this deck and book set! I decided to buy it because it sounded like the kind of deck I would like to have, I have been reading tarot for 25 years and have a very large collection! There is really nothing that I didn't like about this set, all in all I found it to be very beautiful! I have not tried to use them yet for reading but I will be doing that soon as well!I was very happy with the beautiful artwork of the cards! I have never seen another deck quite like this one! Gorgeous tarot masterpiece
I picked up this set because Ive been into Tarot collecting, and I decided I wanted all decks relating to King Arthur or the Grail. The cards are as eye popping and magnificent as a virtual visit to the Louvre, and the accompanying book and case are excellent too. This is truly a beautiful item and one of the highpoints of my Tarot collection.
