    Advertised as NEW but in the description said "in box from stored stock(boxes worn). Please see attached pictures." Item was different from the pictures, in other words I was not sent the pictured item. Inside of box was filthy and the capacitor is 7 years old so it does not have much life left. Sales price was the same as a brand new Cap. Auction said no refunds, so I guess it's just my loss. I did send a message to seller and didn't receive an apology or any communication in return.
