Useful Light-Duty Bike Wallet
Blackburn: Bicycle VIP Strap Ride Wallet arrived today. First impression is that you can make it work, if you do not expect it to hold a spare tire tube; I did not. The various pouches are stenciled, with an icon, to suggest things that you might put in there. Be creative and move things around where they will actually fit the best. For example, no useful bike tool will fit in the pouch that indicates that; use it for a key fob instead. The outer mesh pocket will work for your multi-tool. Additionally, I ride 25c tubless tires, so I am accustomed to carrying two CO2 cartridges. That's not going to fit in this design, so I am going to try a single 20 gram cartridge and hold it with the velcro/elastic strap. Came up a little short.
I got this so I would have something when I went out on my city bike. The idea is good and the quality is fine. Some of the compartments are too small for what is to go into them. I haven't found a multi tool that will fit in the pouch for it. Over all OK but quite what I wanted.
