After few days, I have to wear double insole in each shoe. What exactly is the material your felt insoles are made of?

I don't think that each individual insole is 8mm thick, but they are a decent thickness, and it looks as though you can use two at a time (one on top of the other) if you wanted to, which would make the thickness 8mm.
