      My perfume bottle ended up leaking during transit, soaking the entire package with liquid. I had to open up everything while wearing gloves since it was completely saturated throughout. I brought this up with the seller who offered me a partial refund which I accepted.

      not sure why the feedback was not positive damage from shpping is really not our problem but we made good on the damage. our feedback is very important to us. rather than damage our reputation moving forward we ask that you purchase from a different vendor so strongly that we are placing you on a blocked list for future sales cosmetics4less4u

      My feedback is fair and explains my experience with this seller. The damage 100% could have been prevented if the item was packed with better care instead of being wrapped with tissue paper and than placed in a thin bubble envelope. A partial refund was issued and should not merit an automatic positive feedback from the buyer. If this seller cares about their reputation, they wouldn't have replied to my feedback in the way that they did.
