    After 9-10 days of USPS showing they haven't received item, I contacted seller and they didn't hesitate to refund (package lost). Three weeks after initial order, package showed up, box was damaged, antenna was sticking out of one end and out of the original wrap. It looked like USPS took it out, then decided they didn't want it, stuck it back in and retaped the package. USPS really sucked but seller was awesome.

    This phone works well for the person with a sight problem. The setup is no more difficult than any multi functional phone. The screen is easy to read and the large keypad and one button speed dial are major features. Plus very fast shipping.

    Clarity D714 Phone for Visually Challenged users

    I like the phone in that it is much easier to see the numbers and the whole keyboard lights up. As a visually challenged person it gives me the option to only need to push one button to call some one. It also has the speaker phone option. All in all it makes life a little easier for me. The answering machine works well and having a little beep when there is a message makes it a lot easier to know without seeing that there is a message as well.
