The first fragrance “Paul Sebastian Fine Cologne” was introduced in 1979 and quickly spread outside New Jersey area.       AN OLDIE BUT GOODIE!!!

      This is my signature perfume. I have worn DESIGN for over 10 years and still love it. Now I wear other fragrances but I always come back home to DESIGN. I get alot of compliments on this fragrance especially from the gentlemen. It is so subtle but captivating (as one gentlemen told me). To me with all the thousands of fragrances out there and some that smell the same; DESIGN stands in a class all by itself. Try it...will you not regret it.

      I have wore Design all my life. This did NOT smell like my perfume. I had to use both hands to remove the top off perfume bottle, does Not fit well. Awful smell. I'm rating it a 2 because of speed and price.

      The Allure of Design by Paul Sebastian

      Every place I go, people ask what scent I’m wearing. I get compliments all the time. It’s the only scent that I have used since 1988. The reason is that it is not overpowering. It is a light scent flowery but a clean scent. I love it.

      Design

      This is my go to perfume. Obviously this one suits my body chemistry as I never fail to get a compliment when wearing. It is not unusual for other women to stop me wherever I am, even in the grocery to ask the name of the scent I'm wearing. So it must be a good scent on me. The only reason I am rating it four stars out of five is this particular bottle I bought does not have staying power, it seems to wear off after a couple of hours which has never been my experience before.

      LOVE IT!

      I love Design..I first used it in 1993 for a special trip to Palm Springs..long story but the fragrance is magical to me, and the smell brings me back in time to a special Sunday out there in March.. I rated it 'doesnt last long' but most frangrance don't last long on me i feel. I think ONE gal recognized it when i wore it as she loves it too..
