After giving me SUCH a hard time saying things like my reason for return was wrong and I "knew" what I was buying he provides a FULL refund? Why not provide a return label? I obviously did not want this too short, too low, too expensive uncomfortable arm rest! Poor customer concern and attitude leading up to customer Goodwill. 🤨
