Seller was great! USPS not so much. Destroyed the box so badly it was hand delivered nearly two weeks later to our front door with a "Whoops. Sorry!" But item was undamaged and as expected! Seller was super easy to work with and great communication!

Unfortunately it didn’t come as described. This had a knockout missing on top (not pictured or said in the ad) and clear signs of use even though it was supposedly new open box. Explained that I needed it this week but seller didn’t care to let me know of these issues and now that I brought it up says “return for a refund”. Buyer beware!

please see the pictures in the listing, the knockouts were indeed intact and there were no signs of previous use. you paid on the evening of April 6th item was packed then and dropped off to the carrier on the morning of April 7th. Yes as I told you in our communications that we offer 30 day returns if your unhappy with your purchase please return it for a full refund.
